About us

Great American Group, LLC (GA) was founded in 1973 in the United States. Headquartered in Los Angeles, California, with offices across the US, GA has retained a reputation for being a leader in the valuation and sale of assets.

GA Europe successfully became active in 2009. With head offices in Germany, GA Europe focuses on solving challenging retail situations across Europe by leveraging GA's retail expertise and accessible capital.

In 2014, GA merged with leading full service investment bank, B. Riley & Co., LLC, creating B. Riley Financial, Inc. (NASDAQ: RILY), a publicly traded diversified financial services firm. GA's extensive expertise in the valuation and asset disposition space, combined with the platform of B. Riley, further strengthens our access to available capital. With a market capitalisation of approximately €400m and around €120m available funds on the balance sheet, GA Europe can develop effective and customized solutions to our clients.

Our experienced team is comprised of experts in the retail space who are able to work closely with our business partners in order to develop timely and effective results.
