About us

GA Europe successfully became active in 2009. We focus on solving challenging retail situations across Europe by leveraging GA's retail expertise and accessible capital. In 2014, GA merged with leading full service investment bank, B. Riley & Co., LLC, creating B. Riley Financial, Inc. (NASDAQ: RILY), a publicly traded diversified financial services firm. GA's extensive expertise in the valuation and asset disposition space, combined with the platform of B. Riley, further strengthens our access to available capital. With a market capitalisation of approximately €400m and around €120m available funds on the balance sheet, GA Europe can develop effective and customized solutions to our clients.
